Tuxido Cat

I was exploring a tiny nearby town when I came across this Tuxido Cat. I was struck by the fact that about 2 inches of his tail was brown. Seemed unusual to me. Having thought about it, since there is not all that much to do in Gracy, Kentucky, (actually nothing to do in Gracy, Ky,)I imagine that some rather bored teenagers decided to bleach their hair, and kitty’s, too.
