Remember the other day when I said I got something special at the cat show but was waiting to share about it? Here it is! This hat was given to me by Bing’s human. Bing is a Manx whose full name is Mistysprings Badabing! (Yes, with the exclamation mark.) He was a breed winner and one of the very top cats in CFA in the 2014-2015 season. I don’t know if you remember him, but I was benched next to him during my first cat show in Portland, OR. His human had this fancy hat as a tribute to Prince, and when she was done with it, she gave it to me.
Here’s a closer look at it. Isn’t it amazing? My human added an elastic cord so that it would stay on my head.
My first attempt at wearing it was not totally successful! I think I need to move the bead part over just a little bit.
I think it looks pretty good on me, don’t you?
Or do you like it better over just one ear? I can’t decide which looks best.
And now for my quick announcement! I don’t have a holiday giveaway, and I am kind of bummed about that. So my human made one up… but it’s only for my newsletter subscribers. I know many of you are subscribed to my blog’s monthly (and sometimes more often) newsletter, but my human purged a bunch of dormant emails recently. The only problem is that she forgot to send out warning emails! That was kind of lame of her, wasn’t it?
